If I gift an immovable property to my younger brother through a gift deed then does he has right to sell the property through sale deed

Yes, the donee becomes absolute owner of the property and is entitled to deal with the same as per his wishes.

Yes,obviously your younger brother becomes sole owner of the property subject to the following conditions.

1.The property you gifted to your brother should be owned by you.

2.There should be no legal heirs of the property.

3.Gift deed must have been registered.
