Can a gifted immovable property can be re-gifted by the Donee to the Donor?

once a property is gifted to someone, he becomes the owner of that property and enjoys all the rights that an owner has including the execution of a gift deed. you may visit www.karvai.in for further guidance.

Yes the Donee can switch to his new role of Donor to any one.
