Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i had gifted a piece of land to a charitable social organisation for constructing a public hall. there was a tennant which tll date has not been evacuated inspite of legal cases. This gift was made in 1968. I want the gift deed to be cancelled.The deed is registered.The organization as far as i know does not have resources to get it evacuated or built. How can I do it speedily. Can I approach the High Court,
