Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I am a girl ,my father was expired,he has his father's properties,my mother is alive,if my brothers taken signature from my mother,to take the land(she is illiterate).can they take that land leagally? As a granddaughter can i have any rights on my grandfather's properties?
