my grand father had some property and i have love marriege and my father and my brother is cover full property.can u tell me what s the right of me my grand father property.

All depends on the nature of property i.e. whether a self acquired property or HUF property.

After amendment of Hindu Succession Act, you have equal rights . However you need to take care of the whole facts and circumstances in to acocunt. [email protected]
