Hello,

I want to give my shop on rent for 1 year(can be 11 months),is it necessary to get my agreement registered?or it can be notarised?

Which will be better option for me my rent will be approx 8000PM.

Its better to get the agreement registered it will help you in case of evition and other case....

Check local rent laws and act accordingly.

In Maharashtra State, registration of such agreement is compulsory and burden is on the landlord.
