Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Good Afternoon,

I stay in pagdi system chawl,the room is in my granny's name,the chawl will be demolished soon as it is going for redevelopment,my granny wants to give the property to my father after her death,so i would really appreciate if you could help me by suggesting the best option available.eg . redeveloped property can registered

in joint name of my granny n father,Will can be issued,power of autorney ets...pls help with what is best.
