Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

hello good evening my query is ..........
1.My grandfather died without writing a will in 1974, he has 2 sons and 5 daughters, he owned 2 houses in vellore , tamilnadu.
2.All daughters got married .
3.Partition deed took place between my father and his brother in 1993.
as per the deed they agreed to share each house and the partition deed registered .
4.Now my questions is.
a.Whether the daughters have share in the property owned by my father?
b.Can the property be registered in my name by my father?

the daughters have equal share in the property even if the same can be registered in the name of your father.
