Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Good Morning Sir,

I bought a propery 4 years back.

Now the village head and few village persons are trying to lay road in the center of my land. What can I do to stop this?

file a suit for permanent and mandatory injunction and in case the same is done in connivance with government authorities, also implead them as a party but make sure that in the lay out plan your land is not earmarked for the road.
