Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Good Morning.

My workshop is situated on a private piece of land on CTS No.X. I have ample proofs) and adjoining my workshop is a Nallah. beyond the Nallah (on the North side i.e. CTS No.Y) A Slum Rehabilitation Scheme has been Sanctioned.

The Nallah separates both the CTS.

The Slum Rehabilitation Developer is now Encroaching on CTS No. X, Saying that my structure falls on CTS No. Y, as the Slum Authority has changed the Boundaries.

My Question is, Can the Slum Authority change the boundary of the CTS No.?

Slum Authority cannot change boundaries of any CTS No. Check with City Survey Office.
