if government department have a land and one family is living in that land for more than 15 (fifteen) years with the permission of that government department authority, that family also have a farm in that area with the house in a pucca structure, can this government department claim this land again when the family is a land less family?

the government may claim back the property within 30 years. still you may check the rules for landless farmers.
