Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Can a GPA holder sell the property if the GPA does not contain specific power to sell? Is there any citation of Hon'ble Supreme Court in this regard? Kindly mention, if any?

if GPA document does not contain the power to sell, there is no way the attorney can sell the property of the principal.
