Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My Grand father has been alloted SRA Room in mumbai in 2010, and he has 4 sons who don't look after him and I, his grand son is looking after him since last few years, and now My grand father wants to give or fix this sra flat to my name after him, is there any procedure for it, will gift deed or will deed do the needfull, or we require his son's NOC for it, this room alloted is not from ancestrol property, This room cannot be transfered for 10 years but his age is 90 years and he wish to make arrangement for this room be transfered in my name (grand son) after him, so please guide me how can I go about it. Thank You.

Check with SRA office.

SRA flats are not freely transferable.
