Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My Grand father wish to make a Will for his SRA Room, since room is not a ancestrol property, can he prepare a will in my favour (grand son), need i submit NOC from grand father's sons, or without it, it will work, can he give me will, and if he does so, will it be proper way to claim the room.

is your grandfather absolute owner of the room and it is his self acquired property? of yes, he can make a will.
