Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My grand father ( My mother's father)has partitioned the property among my maternal uncles. But he did not register the partition deed. He did not leave a registered will.My grand father had 5 sons and 4 daughters. My mother is the eldest daughter.My uncles have sold the property. Can my mother file a suit seeking equal rights for daughters according to section 6 of Act 39 of The hindu succesion act 2005

Registration of Will is not compulsory.
For amended succession act, one need to know date of death of grandfather.
