Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My grand father sold agri. land in syno. x to A.

gifted agri.land in sy.no.y to me.

while selling x he has wrongly mentioned east boundary which is actually

a boundary for my land.

after registration x gave a declaration that he has purchased and paid only for sy.no.x.

now because of a wrong mention of boundary he is claiming property of both syno. x and y.

moved court.

what is the legal position.

Any matter in a Court has to be fought in accordance with law and as per the advice of lawyer appointed by concerned party.
