my grand father has 2 sons my grand father has land awarded by shahu maharaj after that he was dead in yr 2002 & land is given to my father which is youlder son of my grandfather but my uncle demands land to my father to divide the land &give;half to him so guide me which is right path followed my my father is land give uncle or not

To avoid litigation ,give 50% of the land to your uncle.
