My Grand mother name is T.Buddamma 80 yrs stll live,She has own house at kamareddy,subhas road,nizamabad district she has 3 daughters and one son,first daughter is rajamma at domakonda 65yers live,2nd daughter lakshmi 60 at hyd live,son 58 yers live,3rd daughter 50 yers lakshmi expired
so,I want to know the property of budamma can take all persons or it will goe's to only son.

In the absence of any Will, properties of Buddamma would come to all sons and daughters and in case of a predeceased, to the heirs of such predeceased daughter as provided by the Hindu Succession Act, 1956.
