Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My grandfather has some self acquired property which includes agricultural land. He has one daughter (X) and three sons (A,B,C).

First son (A) self acquired some land in 1989. my grandfather expired in 1991. after his death his properties were shared into 3 for 3 sons and no share is given to daughter (X). Now the sons B & C filed a case against self acquired property of A which was self acquired by son A before my grandfathers death.
