Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My grandfather has his self acquired property. He has two sons and two daughters.He is expired and had not transferred the property to any of his children during his life time.I am his only grandson.can his sons and daughters has legal right to get the share in the property or the Grandson has legal right to claim the property, if grandson has legal right to become the owner of the property which law is applicable under which section .According to hindu succession act both son and daughters can get equal share in the fathers property.I came to know that if grandfather did not transferred the property in favor of his son then after the death of grandfather his grandson has legal right to claim the property is this true please advise

Law of succession governing deceased would be applicable and estate would devolve as per that law.
