Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My Grandfather had 2 daughters, my mother is the younger daughter. My aunt has 1 daughter. She has 2 adult children. My mother has 2 children, my brother and myself. I have 2 minor children. My brother has none. My grandfather stayed in 3 big rooms in a chawl in Mumbai. The building collapsed while he was alive and was reconstructed after he died. My cousin (aunt's daughter) got my mother to sign a no objection letter and got the new flat alloted in my aunt's name from MHADA. How can I add my mother's name to the title of this flat so that I will eventually get my share of the money when it is sold ? My brother is not interested in the property and my mother wants me to have her share. Who all have rights over this ancestral property and how should it be divided according to the law ?
