Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My grandfather has died when my father was 10 years old . He had four sons(including my father ) and two daughter (both married ) . My father died when I was 17 years old . after 2 years of my fathers death my grandmother also dead. There is ancestral property of my grandfather. which is not divided yet . There is no will . According to my elder uncle property was divided ( orally in presence of relatives ) in front of my father . but it is an unequal division , my uncle has larger part in agriculture land by saying that value of this land is low than that my father got .
I want equal share in that property , Can i still get equal share legally . if yes what i have to do legally to get divided that property.

you will have to file a case for partition of the property
