Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
my grandfather died in 1986.My father are five brothers and sisters , all are married and have children.My grandmother died recently and she did not make any will neither my grandfather did so but told everybody to divide the property in five brothers .Now my father's sister (my Bhua) is asking for share in the property.She is married and even having grandsons.Plz suggest whether she is legible for share in property or not.

Yes every children of your grandfather has equally right in the property. They are entitled to equal share in the property.
