Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My grandfather died without will. He has 1 son(my father) and 2 daughters(got married before 1980). There is a flat on my grandfathers name. My brother is running his business from last 5 years. My father and 2 aunts gave no objection certificate to run the business. Now they want that flat back. but they will kick my brothers business on the road. They are trying very hard to shut down his business.

IS THR ANY WAY TO STOP THEM?

They are very bad people. Ther are trying it in bad way.... plz suggest me.

I know that they are legal heirs of that property but we dont wanna move his business from thr.

Plz suggest me something....

I understand that your Aunts and father are bad people but you cannot retain the flat legally . Sooner or later you or your brother will be forced to vacate the property.
