Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my grandfather was died 18-19 years back. my grandmother was 2 years.back, two sons are staying in grandfather house since grandfather expired.Now there is dispute between two sons ( my dad & uncle) over house property, both are staying in same house ( two dffierent portion). I want to settel this dispute that both son share the equal part of the house. the house was name of grandfather,

now two other sister who were married 15 years back, asking for share in the house property.

wat is india property law saying in this

The property should be divided amongst all the four legal heirs in equal share.
