Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Our grandfather (fathers father) had two daughters and a son (my father). He got married the daughters and gave properties and their share of wealth. For his son he constructed a house (owned by him and his son). My grandfather has not written any will at the time of his death. Now if we want to transfer the owner ship to me and my brother(my father has two sons and two daughters all are married and the daughters got their share already) what is the legal way.
