Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My grandfather has gifted [gift deed] all his proerties to my other uncles, therby, my father has not got anything of his ancestral property..how can my father challange it in the court of law?

if it is an ancestral property and your grand father one of the co sharers, his gift deed qua others rights is void but he can gift his share of properties. your father may challenge the gift deed.

He may file a civil suit seeking a declaration that (a) that the gift deed qua his share is void; and (b ) the property be partitioned giving his one share as per his entitlement.
