if it is an ancestral property and your grand father one of the co sharers, his gift deed qua others rights is void but he can gift his share of properties. your father may challenge the gift deed.
He may file a civil suit seeking a declaration that (a) that the gift deed qua his share is void; and (b ) the property be partitioned giving his one share as per his entitlement.
By filing appropriate suit with appropriate prayers.
Your question is confusing on the one hand you said that your grand father has gifted his property to his other sons and on the other hand you talk about ancestral property . Please clarify this factual discrepancy.
