Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my grandfather has two houses and he is enjoying the rents and other benfits which are coming by them and recently he has written one house for their two of the daughters and written another vill for the second house that half of the property for one of his daughter and half for my father and that is my dad .he is the only son for my grandfather and we are two grandsons for him me and my brother. my aunts and uncles are enjoying the property and my grandmother is also with them we have any right to fight for our part of the property.if we have right how can we apply sir.

If property is your grandfather's "self acquired", you have no rights; whatever he is giving in the will, you may get only after his death. however, he is entitled to do away with his property as per his wishes.
