my grandfather left his self earn property on my and my grandmothers name through a registered will. specially mentioning the name of my father that he and no o ther has any right on this property now my grandmother is no more and this property transfer to my name . but my two step brother who living with my father can claim for their share pls advice

Yes, the legal heirs of your grand mother may be entitled to inherit her share, unless she has also made a WILL.
