Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My grandfather left a property to his grandsons through his two daughters. Grandfather passed away many years ago. The elder daughter had two sons and the younder one did not have any children. The younger daughter also recently passed away. However, the younger daughter's husband is holding the property documents and keys and not handing over to the older daughter or her sons. How should this issue be resolved?
