Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My grandfather made a partition in 1957 for a immovable property which was his father property, with his two brothers.he made a will of his part to me. Now my grandfather is no more.Is the will valid or not? Is it ancestral property? Is my sister having rights in my grandfather's property which was made a will to me?
