Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My grandfather has made a will of his self acquired property in 2005 and he expired in 2009 January.My name is not mentioned in the will.Now my father has abandoned me and my mother.I am 24 years old.My questions are

1.Do i have the right challenge the will as my father acquired the same?

2.What is my and my mother's stake in the said property?

3. what is the time limit to challenge the will?

you may challenge the will in case the property held by your grandfather was ancestral property. early you challenge the will, it is better.

You have changed the facts to ask the question again. If your name is not in the WILL, and father has acquired the property on the basis of WILL, you may challenge it.
