Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My grandfather has made a will of his self acquired property in 2005 and he expired in 2009 January.My name is mentioned in the will.Now my father has abandoned me and my mother.I am 24 years old.My questions are

1.Do i have the right challenge the will as my father acquired the same?

2.What is my and my mother's stake in the said property?

3. what is the time limit to challenge the will?

i think it is a repeat question. as the property was self acquired by your gfather, you have no right in the property after the will.

If your grandfather has mentioned your name in the Will, even if your father abandons you, your right remains in the will and the same cannot be thrown by your father.

2.What is my and my mother's stake in the said property?

You will have right from the WILL

3. what is the time limit to challenge the will?

You should claim your right and not challenge the WILL
