my grandfather make two partition of the property which he got from his father and in family settlement he named the portion to my father and to my uncle on a stamp paper with property map which was not registered with the signature of my both bua in 1997 now my grandfather has died as on 12th feb 2011.and my bua was trying to sell the property so we file a suite for stay on property but they are asking to make four share of property is that according two law my both bua r married aged 55 and 50 years my uncle died in 2002,

yes, the property needs to be divided amongst all legal heirs but not only your father and bua but you also have an equal share in the property as the property is ancestral.
