Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My Grandfather [mother's father] has a property in Bangalore and have 11 children. Grandfather and grandmother have expired. There is no will made against the property. They are declaring only 6 children out of which my mother is left over.
1) As a granddaughter how can I bring to the notice of Sub-registrar that its illegal saying there are 11 children and not 6.
2) Can I get a share of property on behalf of my mother [my mother is alive]
3) What is IPC section 8361 amendment 60 says
