Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My Grandfather prepared a will according to which the whole property (a house) should go to my Father's name.

My Grandfather expired a long time back and a few years later my grandmother also expired.

My Father has 3 more brothers and 2 sisters. All of them left this house a long time back and settled own their own and my father was the only one staying in the house with his parents. However children of my father's elder brother i.e. my father's nephew came and stayed with us for some years due to some financial problems

My Question is that in the light of the will of my grandfather, the property shal be transferred to my father without any issues or can his other brothers/sisters also claim right in the property legally

Also what is the process of getting the house transferred in our name. We migrated to Delhi in 1947 from Pakistan and were alloted a Plot in Delhi in 1952 from Government on which we built this house. However when I saw the papers

No rights to others, unless they opt to challenge the Will itself.

If it was a self acquired property in the hands of your grand father, the will may work otherwise all legal heirs should inherit equally.
