HI my grandfather purchase the property in the name of mine. and i am having 3 brother.will all 3 brother is having the property share in that property.

No, your brothers have no share in that property. Under the Benami Transactions Act, they cannot raise the claim even if the payment has been made by your grandfather.

your brothers can claim the share in property by stating that you got the mutation done in your name despite the fact the same was to be done in the name of all the brothers and then you may have to prove that the grandfather had no intention to give the respective share to other brothers. age of grandfather, his mental state etc. would play an important role in the case. brother can file the case but we cannot decide the fate of the case here.
