Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My grandfather has two sons and three daughters.amoung two sons one commited suicide 25 years before.By that time he got married and gave birth to a child,that child died some 10 years before.I am the son of elder son of my grandfather.My grandfather on his own will ,he has registered all the lands in my name.recently my grandfather died.Now the problem is " my grandfather second son died ,that deseased wife needs the share from that land which was written on my name. Is this valid request or we can deny the request by her.please explain.
