Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
my grandfather has four sons including my father. my grandfather always had a partial behaviour with my father.my grandfather has gifted one of my uncle a part of his ancestor's property. this property was on the name of all my uncles and aunts. my grandfather got all the rights on the property from my uncle and aunts by surrender of rights policy and has gifted a part of the property to my uncle. now the problem is that, my grandfather says after his death, the gift to my uncle will be with him and the remaining part of the property will be divided amongst the four sons if they fight for it. is this right? is there anything my father can do so that he receive his proper right?
