My grandfather has 6 sons he got 3 leasehold plots in vidarbha (MS) in 1950-51 after migrating from pakistan insettlement of his claims. He got 1 plot in his own name and 2 plots in his 2 sons names .since that, all 6 sons residing in those 3 plots along with my grandfather. In 1961 my grandfather wrote partition letter cum will in sindhi language which was signed by all 6 sons and my grandfather, in that partition letter(virasat) he divided all 3 plots in his 6 sons giving 1/2 plot to each son. afterthat all 6 sons signed an acknowledgement on 15 paise stamppaper in 1961 agreeing that their father has divided his property equally to all6 sons and they have got house shop gold beds etc. from their father and they are owner of their shared property. my father is residing in 1/2 plot given to him by his grandfather that full plot is in my grandfather;s name in revenue (nazul) office. my eldest uncle is occuping remaining 1/2 plot . rest 4 uncles are residing in their share of plots which are in 2 uncles name . In 1976 my grandfather died. In 1997 sept. my 4 uncles who are not sharing our plot , relinquished their rights in our plot which is occupied by my father and my eldest uncle saying that there is already partition taken place we have no right in this plot and our 2 brothers have constructed seperated houses on that plot with their own funds so we relinquish our rights in consideration of partition and mutual love. this Relqsh deed is on 100 Rs stamppaer and duly notarised . On thebasis of this notorized Relinqsh deed we both families have transfered municipal tax receipts and elect. bills in our seperate seperate names . earlier there was one tax receipt in my grandfather;s name now i receive my municipal tax receipt in my name (as my father also died in 1995) but we havenot yet changed record in revenue (nazul) because they are not allowing subdivision of plot they want to transfer entire plot in 2joint names. my question is that since mutation has taken place in municipal tax record only. can my 4 uncles create any probem? after 15 years of relqsh deed being executed? can they revok or challenfe Reliqsh deed ? can I sell my plot with house built on it from my own funds ? pl. solve my query
