My grandfather have four sons. My mother married to 3rd son of my grandfather. My father was expired when my age was 2years. My mother then married to 4th son of my grandfather. My grandmother was alive Right now. Now i am married and my husband was in govt job. I want to ask about parental property of mine. My name is soni from jharkhand.

Under the Hindu Marriage Act, a female w.e.f. 1976 has a right in her paternal / parental property.

so far as your case is,,,

you alongwith your brothers and sisters are entitled to share in the ancestral property.

If the statement given by you is complete,, in all probabilities you and your brothers / sisters will be jointly entitled to half share,,,
