Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My grandmother died and left an undivided share of her property land, to her three adult sons and two daughters, How does the property get distributed. We belong to the shia muslim comunity. There was never been a will.

the property needs to be partitioned equally. still u may check with a lawyer who is well conversant with shia laws.
