Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My grandmother divided her property into 5 equal parts in the year 1960. 4 parts for her daughters and 1 part for me (only grandchild born at that time). My grandmother died on 1972. Now after 51 years, 18 grandchildren including my brother are asking me to divide the property into 19 parts. Please advise, whether i have to divide the property or can i retain the same.

If such division / partition is by a registered instrument, then you need not pay any attention to such demands.
