Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My Grandmother was gifted a house by his father. then my grandmother gifted the house to my father and my uncle in equal share.Then my uncle gifted his full share to my father. Now my father is the sole owner of the house. Now in conspiracy with my two elder brother my father wants to throw me and my uncle out of the house. in this circumtances how shall I seek protection by law?
