Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

: hi My grandmother in relation (cousin of my real grandmother) left with a unregistered will with sign of two witness in name of me . I was looking after from last 15 years at taht time none of her blood relatives came to meet her but after her death they came and they are saying that the will is wrong and we have right on her property.

You may seek probate of the WILL by making all of them (Class I legal heirs only) as party. Let them contest the WILL. You will inherit your grandmother on the basis of this WILL if probated by the Court after hearing all the parties. You may need to engage a lawyer for purusing your remedy in local courts.
