Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My grandmother wrote a will giving her property to my father and my uncle. But she has 14 more legal heirs. As all the affairs of the family was taken care of by my father and my uncle, she left a will on their name. But the problem is the plot is recorded as non transferable after the 1983 settlement in odisha. In my hometown. a similar plot was there recorded as non transferable but the mutation was allowed to be done from berhampur. I want to know how the mutation can be done
