Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My grandparents were murdered recently and my uncle their elder son is missing since 1 year.He hd no biological child but 1 adopted daugher whose option is yet not final as the girl's real mother hs fil case against my uncleand wife as the mother was not keen on giving her child to them but the father di by duping her.(he is my uncle;s brother inlaw)
When my grndparents were aliveth suspected my aunt's involvement in their son's dissappearence that i their daughtr in law and had even filed an FIR against her but to no avail.
Iwnt to know what is her right on their property ancestral as he has no child of her own and she already has my uncle's entire personal property.Can she claim from dead parents and how much as my uncle is issing and the othe heirs want to divide their share.And we dn;t want out ancestral land to go to her when she might be behind my uncle going mising for last 1 year.and the adoptons also in question pending in court
Please help me understand her claim on us.

your case is infact complicated as the adoption is in dispute and the case is alreay pending in the court. since how long the uncle is missing. i would prefer to go through the case file and understand the case. as you say that grandparents were murdered, who murdered them? what is the status of f.i.r. in case you clarify all the points, i would be in a better position to guide you.
