Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My great grandfatherswerefour brothers icluding two cousins.They purchased/ constructed no. of res./com.props.&Agri.land. My drandpa uncle the only surviving G G Father, on partition of the familyvested some property on grand fatherwhich included two shops &entire residential portion,entrance toresidential portion two godowns&roof over all five shops including the above two shops. The other three shops on the same plot were given to my grand father cousins who gotother prop.havig several timesvalue of the prop.my grandpap got. My grandfather started living in that res. houfront &se with family.There is no written partition. The succesors of my grand pa cousins are demanding use of front& back entry &sole right of roof.Pl.advise.
