Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

some ground (three biga) of my grandfather have in area of mala ground bahadurgarh. but huda is acquired this land. but my father and my uncles has not submitted papers in municipal corporation bahadurgarh, and against the case fill in the court.but this case running very long time.may be huda was won the case. but my family not satisfied,so my family want to case fire in high court.because my family not leave this land.
