Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Please guide us to know the details about the case going on VAT and Service TAX aaply on Maharashtra,Pune for Property . i have booked flat in 2009 i.e. before this rule, and builder is asking for VAT & S. Tax , and pussetion is getting in Nov 2010 , should i pay blank dated cheque for the same ? or i dont have to pay that Tax ? Pleas help me.
